When accessing using our file sharing service for file transfers, consider using an administrator email with an associated inbox. Each organization is allowed up to 2 accounts. For additional accounts, please contact our support email at apisupport@acenet.edu.

General Portal Information

By utilizing the American Council on Education's file sharing portal, trusted external data stakeholders and systems will be enabled to access our relevant data assets.

When using this portal, keep in mind the following information:

• Each request supports a maximum file payload size of 30 MB
  • If your file is larger than 30 MB, please divide it into smaller parts and upload them in order (e.g., file_part_1, file_part_2, etc.)
• This portal requires prior authorization to upload or download files even if an account is previously created
• To gain authorization, contact our administrators at apisupport@acenet.edu and access will be granted
• Accounts created for this portal also can be used with our REST APIs located at apiportal.acenet.edu
